3. Fill the form & submit it.

1. Fill the Registration Form available at the Institute.
2. Bring the following documents with you :

• Domicile Certificate
• Migration Certificate
• Medical Certificate
• Character Certificate
• Category Certificate
• Parents’ Photograph
• Counselling Letter/ Allotment Letter( if applicable)
